John Mayall - Double Trouble (1968)

While I was helping Paul over at Albums That Should Exist with some of his album covers I found a great little programme that can colourise old black and white photos, and you'll see an astounding result in one of his future posts. The only B&W photo that I can remember having to use was for this album, so here is a revamped version of it if you want to replace the old one in your download.

  1. Very cool. What is the colorization program?

    1. It's called pixbim, https://pixbim.com/ and you can see what it can do. Very impressive.

  2. It's a surprisingly good program. It seems to somehow detect what objects are and color them accordingly. For instance, it'll know skin color needs to be pinkish but light hair needs to be blond.

Not only that, but PJ colorized like 20 album covers for me in the last couple of days! Super nice guy. :) I'll be posting all those at my blog soon.
